Our History

Diversified Healthcare, L.L.C. was founded as a long-term healthcare management company in 1996 by Brian May and Martin Stott – two professionals with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Building upon the expertise and knowledge of its founders, the company has grown and flourished for more than two decades and has built a solid reputation for maintaining the highest standards of quality and care at all of its skilled nursing facilities.
